Your Role and Responsibilities :Your role will be to maintain and develop existing Java written code in the production environment, working with the operations support team in troubleshooting break/fix software issues
You will also participate in developing and testing components of Java code to be implemented with larger multi- dimensional projects (that include developing data Extract /Transform & Load-ETL routines to and from DB2 or other database environments)
You may write new and updating existing documentation
You will participate in design, test, development, and support of custom Java web based application
Work with high performing DevOps team developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines using containerization technologies.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- At least 2 years on the job experience programing with J2EE and web Application development
- Experience with java script and web standards markup
- HTML5, CSS, Java Script, Angular
- Very good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Analytical thinking
- Candidate needs to be eligible to work in Slovakia
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Experiences with Jenkins automation
- Experience of Graphic User Interface design
- Familiar with Agile development methodology
- Experience working with other software applications and scripting languages such as: SQL, Django,Python, C, C# , Source control system (e.g. git / GITHUB), and Linux/Base , REST API’s
- Experience with Redhat OpenShift / Docker/ Kubernetes is welcome
