The Application Manager for ARIS wil be part of the Siemens Healthineers team to provide an IT
service for Process Modeling Tools like ARIS and Stages. ARIS (Cloud Solution) and Stages (on
premise) are integrated in the SHS IT infrastructure.
With ARIS and Stage business process modeling is supported for different SHS Organizational Units.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Managing the application throughout its whole life cycle
Taking responsibility for the organization of the application and its documentation
Supporting the rol outs
Managing changes, demands and service continuity
Ensuring that requirements e.g. quality or data privacy are met

Planning, creating and executing tests
Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/ Skills:
Advanced Degree in Economics/Computer Science or another relevant department
Experience in a related field of work e.g. Application Manager or IT Service Management (ITIL Processes)
Knowledge about ARIS as process modeling tool
Ability to work with very little supervision
Innovative Thinking and focusing on continuous improvement
Being an excellent team player
Experience in leading and coaching teams using agile methods
Fluent in English
Ability to work in/with multicultural teams e.g. from Germany or America as well
