Your Role and Responsibilities :
This brand-new role focused on ensuring that HR speaks / understands data. While maximising technological capabilities to automate processes. Key to success is the ability to gather, understand, interpret and correlate HR data (internal & external) to key stakeholders and HR management.
It is great opportunity to create the base for making decision based on data.
Responsibilities
· Maintains, collects, datasets in timely manner from various sources to ensure relevant data inputs. At the same time ensures health of data.
· Identifies challenging data-analytics problems and analyzes data to recognize patterns, trends or problems.
· Interprets data findings via friendly tools and suggest actions based on data findings
· Initiates, develops, and supervises the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving manual and automated processes.
Outputs expected:
· HR DASHBOARD/s - with ability to break down data in the real time to specific functional organizations & teams (ex. workforce structure, tulip - attendance, benefits/wellbeing usage, engagement & other surveys, compensation, attrition, rotations, performance, skills, talent acquisition). This should include external market data.
· ability to leverage complex HR data into PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS (based on data correlations, with potential to create cognitive solutions)
Salary starts from 2500 EUR depends on experience and skills of candidate.
