As a PAYROLL SPECIALIST you will be responsible for: - Processing payroll for specific country in cooperation with the payroll outsourcing vendor - Controlling and recording of additional payments - Processing and reconciling relocation data - Administration of sickness for multiple countries - Employee communication and administration - Documentation of work processes - Cooperation with other departments and authorities - Audit of payroll data processed by the payroll vendor - Assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements, in accordance with country specific Government legislation and company timetables

Generally required knowledge:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - Min. 2 years of experience in payroll or accounting with a motivation to work in payroll and Payroll - Experience working within a multinational company/environment - Fluent level of English and German language - Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions - vlookup, hlookup etc.) - Strong analytical skills, orientation to the detail - Customer focused - Employee support - The ability to balance multiple priorities
