Job information

To ensure product is manufactured and delivered according to the production schedule
To ensure product is manufactured according to the product specification
To carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions as a result of incidents of product quality failure
To develop productivity improvement plans for the business unit that continuously generate increasing capacity and reducing cost
To ensure skills matrix are implemented and developed for each area to ensure the business has the right skill level, flexibility and succession planning required

Generally required knowledge:

* 2
-3 years experience in manufacturing role at similar level
* Focus on complex manufacturing and production methods
* Fluent English
* Communication skills
* Customer focused
* Project management skills
* Ability to analyze and assess information
* Teambuilding skills
* Use of MS Office platform
* Use of MRP – preferably SAP

Employee requirements

• 
  Minimum required education:

  vysokoškolské II. stupňa
• 
  Language skills:

  Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
