Job Overview
We are looking for an Integration & Application Operations Engineer to provide operation and maintenance support for integrated business systems across multiple regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring integrated systems, managing system access and permissions, troubleshooting application and integration issues, and supporting the continuous improvement and standardization of operation and maintenance processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure reliable system operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operation and maintenance support for integrated business systems across different regions.
Monitor system and business integration flows and identify potential issues or operational risks.
Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to user access, application functions, system integrations, and business processes.
Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to investigate and resolve system incidents and operational problems.
Support integration platforms and tools, including Axway and WSO2 API, and understand their interaction within end-to-end business processes.
Perform fault troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system performance analysis.
Develop and improve automated operation and maintenance processes to increase operational efficiency.
Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user permissions, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor changes in regional business requirements and regulations and support adjustments to system operation and maintenance processes.
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve system stability, efficiency, and performance.
Contribute to the standardization and optimization of application operation and maintenance processes across regions.
Provide timely technical support for system incidents and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in application operation and maintenance, system integration, IT operations, production support, or a related area.
Experience working with integration tools or API platforms, with knowledge of Axway and/or WSO2 API highly preferred.
Experience with at least three integration tools, platforms, or technologies is an advantage.
Good understanding of API integration, middleware, system interfaces, and end-to-end business integration flows.
Experience in system monitoring, incident troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root-cause analysis.
Knowledge of automated operation and maintenance processes and system optimization.
Ability to analyze operational or system data and identify areas for improvement.
Good understanding of enterprise business processes and integrated application environments.
Familiarity with regional business requirements, regulations, and compliance standards is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to system and application issues.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Good command of English, as English will be used as the primary working language.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Axway, WSO2 API, API Gateway, middleware, or other integration platforms.
Experience with Python
Experience supporting enterprise applications or integrated business systems.
Experience with system automation, monitoring, or operational tools.
Experience working in a global or multi-region IT environment.
Knowledge of local IT regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
