Náplň práce: You'll be at the heart of developing and maintaining our sophisticated in-house insurance products built primarily with Java, Spring Boot and Angular. You will have the opportunity to join one of our product teams and contribute to the development of functionality which generates real business impact.Your responsibilities include:• Translate business requirements into system production solution design and patterns that enable quality, re-usability, scalability, availability and maintainability in accordance with the overall Business Strategy and IT standards.• Present and communicate ideas and design to various teams for review and brainstorming.• Develop and review code that meets our high standards for quality and maintainability.• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team including requirements engineers, QA specialists, and other application engineers.• Shape architecture by contributing to key decisions and documentation that guide our technical direction.• Stay current with emerging technologies and Generative AI developments to continuously improve our solutions.

You believe in continuous learning through self-improvement or by absorbing knowledge from those around you and you're excited to contribute to a team that values technical excellence.You should bring the following skills and experiences:• At least 10+ years of experience in software engineering and Java programming with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns• Experience in designing solutions for high performance and addressing performance issues in complex systems.• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot and microservices• Experience in enterprise systems and REST API/service design• 2-3 years of Angular Experience is preferred.• Substantial Technology background with experience in delivering IT projects including cloud-native applications like Azure, operations and knowledge of state-of-the-art technology.• Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines• Experience on ORM and RDBMS is a plus• Being hands-on Engineer is key to be successful in this role.• Have experience working in cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.• Strong analytical skills, and seek problems in a structured way, joining your own creative ideas by contributing to technical research and feasibility studies.• Combining agile practices with collaborative skills across cultures, geographies and organizational levels.• Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.• Excellent communication & presentation skills with proficiency in English• Focus on the outcome and getting things accomplished with a strong commitment to quality and timely customer service.• At ease with leaving your comfort zone dealing with ambiguity• Understanding of insurance/reinsurance business
