Náplň práce: • The IT / Platform Owner is responsible for the operational ownership, stability, and controlled evolution of the OpenText Documentum platform and related services. The role ensures that Documentum is maintained, supported, and enhanced in line with business needs, compliance requirements, and internal IT standards. A key part of the role is to manage platform consumers, coordinate vendors and service providers, and lead platform-related migration activities, including repository onboarding and consolidation after mergers and acquisitions. The IT / Platform Owner acts as the central point of accountability for platform health, service quality, lifecycle management, and controlled change delivery. The position works closely with business stakeholders, Records governance, engineers, operations, and external partners to ensure reliable and sustainable delivery of Documentum services.

Ďalšie požiadavky: • Strong experience in application or platform ownership of OpenText Documentum• Good understanding of Documentum platform components, including Content Server, D2 / D2LS / Smart View / Webtop, xPlore, ACS / BOCS, DA, Composer, and related services• Experience coordinating BAU support, incident management, problem management, minor enhancements, and release activities for Documentum• Good understanding of Documentum repository administration, including object types, metadata, lifecycles, ACLs, storage, and indexing• Experience with Documentum upgrades, migrations, repository onboarding, and environment management• Strong exposure to migration and consolidation activities, especially migration of repositories, content, and metadata after mergers and acquisitions• Experience managing platform consumers, including onboarding, demand coordination, service expectations, dependency management, and communication with application teams using the platform• Experience managing vendors and service providers, including service quality, deliverables, contract-related coordination, escalation handling, and operational follow-up• Familiarity with Documentum integrations, APIs, and dependencies with upstream and downstream business systems• Awareness of records lifecycle management, including retention, legal hold, and disposal concepts in a Documentum-based environment• Understanding of security, access control, LDAP / SSO integration, certificates, and audit/compliance requirements• Knowledge of DevOps, release coordination, and cloud / SaaS transition impacts is an advantage• Experience with Agile / Scrum and backlog prioritization is beneficial
