Join our exciting and new Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bratislava, Slovakia. This specialized, innovative and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
• Focused on driving improved business outcomes through a global common platform approach.
• Responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product
• Will develop, customize and enhance functionalities of various software platforms (e. g. Salesforce, Mulesoft, Kafka, ...) and participate actively in the team by taking contributor role in discussions and ceremonies to help shape implementable user stories
• Align and integrate well with architects, designers and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other developers across teams, vendors and units, both as ad hoc problem-solving

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements
• Use agile engineering practices and various software and development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience
• Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality
• Ability to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.

2640 EUR

Specification of salary conditions

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 2640 gross per month (full time). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.

Minimum required education

First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

English (upper-intermediate - B2)

Generally required knowledge

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing software (any object oriented programming language like Java, C#, Python, Ruby, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript) with aptitude to learn new software (e. g. Salesforce, Mulesoft, Kafka, ...) and cloud platforms
• Experience with refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security
• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information
