Join our exciting and new Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bratislava, Slovakia. This specialized, innovative, and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
Lead the development of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Citizen development program, capabilities, strategic direction and adoption across the enterprise. Develop and mature the Citizen development program, and operational processes, establishing operational governance, reporting and ensuring business continuity. Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the RPA Citizen Development program, including but not limited to training or Takeda resources, code reviews, bot development and Takeda-wide communications. Develop and manage the RPA citizen development program capability roadmap.

• At-scale delivery of RPA bots through federated citizen development resources and teams.
• Develop and mature service and platform operational and governance processes.

4200 EUR

Specification of salary conditions

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4200 gross per month (full time). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible

Minimum required education

First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

Generally required knowledge

The successful candidate will have:
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 10+ years of experience delivering and supporting digital projects and products (required)
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation platforms (UiPath preferred)
• Experience with standing up and supporting solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure) environments (required)
• Experience in leading high performance multi faceted teams to deliver enterprise grade solutions in enterprise settings (required)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization (required)
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals (required)
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations (required)
• Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies (required)
• Understanding of latest software development trends (required)
