In this team, your hands will touch and impact business flow of diverse portfolio of IBM machines and thus you get a very unique opportunity to impact this dynamic area. Also, you will have unique opportunity to apply communication skills in daily interaction with our Business Partners and IBM sellers all in order to achieve and maintain happy and satisfied clients, who belong to the core of IBM value.

Quote to Cash professional is a good start and will enable you to grow and utilize your experience in finance, CMPA or other complex job roles within the Q2C organization.
Your main daily tasks will be:
• Administration of contracts for the end customers and business partners while following applicable rules and guidelines: includes proposal preparation, contract registration, invoicing, resolving of disputes and inventory management
• Effective communication with IBM sales representatives and IBM business partners
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries of IBM sales representatives and business partners and proactive problem resolution
• Supporting each other within the team and active participation in team discussions
• You will work closely with diverse IBM departments in order to achieve successful deal flow and you will need to apply diverse portfolio of skills.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English (B2)
• Intermediate/Fluent Spanish (B1-B2)
• MS Excel user

Minimum starting salary is 1.300 Eur /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.
