As a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, you'll:
• Provide specialized expertise in general platform portfolio, cloud ecosystems, big data and high compute clusters, and modern IaaS/PaaS cloud-native deployments.
• Support in proper operational service within the highly outsourced overall Takeda operational ecosystem. This includes working to provide ongoing IT service level management to third parties involved in the management of the Takeda Enterprise Cloud.
• Drives cloud operations including proper “key management” and “controlled operations” for continuous deployments, ensuring the quality of service with business continuity in mind.
• Support in oversight of third-party SLAs and remain accountable for key IT operational processes to Takeda ITSM-related standard operating procedures including Change Control, Incident Management, Problem Management, and others.
• Collaborate with other Takeda operations teams including unified application maintenance services, and traditional infrastructure teams and provide cloud consumer-obsessed service delivery.
• Provide shared operational insights to cloud consumers.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Cloud service manager for the EU region within the Cloud Platform Operations team during migration planning and execution.
• Uses new techniques, operational experience, and business experience to drive the IT and CCOE landscape to enforce existing SOPs and develop new, efficient operational processes.
• Influence the existing complex landscape and solutions by innovating, redefining, and simplifying process and technology designs, proposing and executing solutions to identified highly complex IT problems in the cloud or process-driven agile approaches.
• Influence the Cloud Operations team by creating, monitoring, and adapting the processes and metrics for the Cloud products and platform.
• Supervise the processes around Cloud Platform support, monitoring, and alerting, as well as escalation and post-mortem processes.
• Supervise the operations service level management and relationship with operations outsourced provider.
• Build and accelerate new capabilities delivering business outcomes in terms of speed to value and mean time to repair as well as client satisfaction.
• Work independently on tough problems with other team members and independently solve, with some guidance, very difficult technical problems.
• Oversee the cloud operations team within the CPO team.
• Understanding of the AWS platform, including automation, cloud well-architected framework, and ITLT v4 processes.
• Knowledge of deployments and implementations in a modern serverless or elastic configuration using restful APIs, Microservices, Docker containers, and their contracts to other services.

Specification of salary conditions

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 2560 gross per month (full time). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.
