LIW (Local Invoice Writer) is a run once multi country/multi currency invoicing application with integrated billing module (LIW-REP) and supports currently more than 120 countries & more than 40 companies (GMU/CEEMEA, SW-Europe & AP). The team is enlarging due to business workload and it is part of business helpdesk sub-team.The role requires analyst who would cooperate with the rest of the team and clients via ticketing system.
Daily activities:
- provide support to internal application users and problem resolution through our standard problem management process
- cooperation with project managers, subject matter experts & developers when deploying new functionalities or resolving defects
- responsible for application availability, data setup and testing
Requirements:
- fluent English
- basic experience/knowledge of SQL
- good communication skills
- attention to details
- logical and statistical thinking
Starting salary is from 1600 Eur (depends on your previous experience and language proficiency).
