Your Role and Responsibilities :As a CIO Business Operations support member you will ensure that the required metrics to run our team are properly identified, updated and consistently adjusted. You will help a team of 2000 professionals to be successful by supporting them in a multitude of tools required to track the team's success, drive continues education and improvement and facilitate reporting needs with automation and most effective approaches to satisfy the need.
Required experience/skills:
Having worked at least two years in a CIO environment in development but also backoffice teams
Basic knowledge of IT & Devops
Office tools and a set of modern plan & track tools such as Jira, Trello, Workboard, etc.
Pro: application planning & registration tool knowledge such as Decision Focus.
