Job information
You will assist publishing complex content, images, videos, audio files, webcasts, graphics on the website and on its social channels. In addition, you will train people outside the team to also use the publishing tools, so they can maintain their own content and help manage editorial calendars and syndication schedules. By handling incoming service requests in a timely fashion, you ensure the delivery of high quality customer services. This includes responding to the daily inquiries and requests coming into the team mailbox. To succeed in this role you should be familiar with content management systems. Experience in SharePoint, Magnolia and Hootsuite welcomed. This is part time job- 32 hours per week.

Generally required knowledge:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - At least Junior level experience at an internationally operating company - An educational background in digital media or communications - Practical experience in using digital tools and platforms - Knowledge in using and publishing via content management systems - Fluent in English
