Your Role and Responsibilities:
OS support on z/OS platform for various clients in dedicated mode (fixed client set to be covered). Role includes but is not strictly limited to System installation, configuration, application management (tools install/config, upgrade) , problem analysis and resolution, other project work.
Daily tasks:
Install, configure system and related applications.
Analyze and resolve problems.
Communicate and cooperate with all relevant teams of expertise and work on projects as required.
Providing service normally at daytime and on-call.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
B2 level of English
z/OS advanced, expert level knowledge
3+ years experience in the field
working schedule: daytime work + on call
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
German language
JCL, REXX knowledge
