Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Marketing Campaign ExecutionerAt IBM Slovakia we are looking for a new colleague who will join our Client Innovation Center in the brand new role of Marketing Campaign Executioner/Business Analyst. S/he will be client-facing and will execute marketing campaigns with end users. This includes a review of the campaign brief provided by end users, analysis of campaign feasibility based on data availability, testing of HTML templates rendering, running & monitoring of campaigns, and creation of reports. This position is suitable also for graduates who are interested in the combination of IT world and marketing.
You can work on this position from Bratislava/Banska Bystrica/Kosice.
What do you need for your success?
Preferred skills:
Excellent communication in English and experience in working in an international environment in a client-facing role is a plus
• Experience in campaign execution role, hands-on experience with a tool used to run marketing campaigns (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / IBM Unica / IBM Watson Campaign Automation and others) is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer data and determine if the campaign brief provided will be enhancing customer experience
• Understanding of relational databases architecture
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
