Job information

* Key Responsibilities:
* - Daily maintenance activity of production line computer hardware following time and procedures
* - Performing predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance following timing and procedures
* - Daily and regular maintain status of antivirus, backup, patch level, OS, network and hardware/interfaces of shopfloor computers
* - Creation and maintenance of shopfloor IT related documentation and procedures, mainly focused on desktop OS support and applications
* - First level of support for traceability and control process on shopfloor
* - Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate software systems.
* - Use systematic approach to monitoring of shopfloor IT environment and corrective actions
* - Closely cooperate with respective teams involved in production process on daily basis
* - Cooperation in the installation of new production lines – IT tools, LAN connection, cybersecurity settings.
* - Take part at improvement teams
* - Lead local shopfloor IT support team in terms of time and priority management, Tier meetings and metrics delivery and report to IT manager.
* - Observes the obligations and duties resulting from the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
* - On duty support during out of office hour`s for shopfloor IT operations as per team on duty calendar

Generally required knowledge:

* Main Requirements:
* - Advanced Windows PC OS knowledge (Windows XP/7/10, IOT, Embedded, Windows CE)
* - Advanced experience with MS SQL commands and basic SQL server 2012, 2016 maintenance
* - Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS 2012, 2016, 2019
* - Administrative skills in patching, backup and antivirus protection of computer domain
* - Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack in general, Ethernet, network architectures and designs
* - English advanced B1
* - Technical diploma or equivalent required
* - Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT organization and/or equivalent application or business experience – recommended
* - Advanced service experience with PC hardware
* - Experience with leading team and ability to overtake responsibility
