Informácie o pracovnom mieste

  • Evaluate current CRH ND Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives against industry standards; analyse results and develop and execute CRH ND CSR program and initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness on ND level.
  • Together with marketing and CA department, develop strategies and materials for the communication of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences, ensuring overall messaging consistency across business segments.
  • Copyright all CSR materials and coordinate internal and external assistance, promote the CSR program and activities using all available channels: company intranet, corporate website, social networks. Actively contribute to brand equity impact and employer branding.
  • Together with HR department, plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs.
  • Special focus on ecorec integration and involvement into CRH CSR activities, identify and cultivate relationships with CRH EMAT and CRH Group peers engaged in companywide CSR initiatives, create and manage group of external vendors as long-term partners, cost centre ownership and procurement activities.

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

Min. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in communications, marketing, human resources, industrial ecology, environment, business, or a related discipline.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate events, multiple projects, meetings, to design and execute objectives.

Effective copywrite and oral communication skills.

Strong teamwork skills required.
