The IBM CIO - Chief information Office which deals with all the internal applications and websites used by IBMers worldwide is now looking for IT specialists.

Your daily tasks will look like:
• Working with the design and development team in demonstrating a deep understanding of the architecture to assist in resolving issues and define/manage business requirements;
• Oversees delivery of SDM application, as well as up/down stream interface to ensure it meets the business needs;
• Key communicator and driver of collaboration throughout the development life cycle;
• Focused on the users, and works closely with the PPO and development team;
• Essential in the development of successful information technology solutions;
• Write the detailed user stories and gain the agreement of each SMEs

Required skills:
• At least 5+years hands on BA experience, background in Finance/Costing domain is PLUS;
• Good at capturing the stakeholders' needs, expectations and constraints;
• Confident in dealing with all levels of stakeholders such as: SMEs from each BU, end users, Product Owner (and Proxy), architects, developers, testers, managers, etc
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in both business and technical languages including presentation skills and should be able to communicate across the hierarchy of management and influence the user experience improvement in the area of work;
• Be able to take responsibility for successful project, guiding team members in business and requirements knowledge;
• BA and PM related certification is PLUS, e.g. PMI-PBA, IBM BA badge
