Key responsibilities:
As a system administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable day-to-day operation of contracted systems and servers including installation and configuration of hardware, software and subsystems including for proactively checking and monitoring to avoid system outage. Additionally, your participation in research and development of continuous improvements dictated by security policies and standards is expected. Moreover, a system administrator manages the incident and problem and processes and services to solve incidents and problems including root cause analysis within the times specified in the SLA together with managing change management processes including initiating, scheduling and executing new changes.

Required skills:
2+ years’ experience supporting AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE;
Experience with Managing Operating System Processes (e.g., continuously running system subtasks, or daemons);
Performing AIX/Linux upgrades and migration;
Installing AIX/Linux APARs;
Managing Filesystems;
Strong knowledge of EP2, DUO, CC, EDR solutions;
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Nessus
