Position information

Job description, position information:

- lead R&D team in Kosice (Software engineers, Quality Engineers, ...) to achieve company goals
- hire top talent within site R&D team including on-boarding, career growth, performance and wellbeing management
- foster R&D staff knowledge and talent development (education, trainings, conferences, presentation skills, ...)
- set-up R&D process, delivery pipeline and continuously work to improve them
- combined Quality and speed of delivery - address roadblocks and enable teams
- supervise the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready processes/rules
- report to company management

Required education: First Level University Education (Bachelor's Degree)
Language skills: English (Upper Intermediate - B2)
