Job information

- Prepare, manage, accompany, conclude and follow up on national negotiations with national decision-makers from the Key Accounts in consultation with the Global Key Account Manager and Central Key Account Manager; - Develop strategies for profitably developing the existing business in partnership with the Key Account and exploiting areas of potential; - Recognize the challenges and sales potential of Key Accounts through personal contact with the national contact people of the Key Accounts, develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, appear as a competent and responsible contact person to customers; - Responsibility for national coordination of all requests/customer requirements of the Key Accounts. Maintain a complete and clear overview of the activities of all business partners in the respective market; - Actively advise and acquire Key Accounts and manage these accounts at the national level with the involvement of all necessary stakeholders; - Create a target and sales plan for these accounts in consultation with the relevant Global Key Account Manager and Central Key Account Manager; - Plan, manage and monitor the customer-specific target agreement process; - Responsibility for coordinating everyone involved in the business relationship as well as coordination and improvement of internal processes; - Design a customer care and events strategy and implement the resulting trade fairs, conferences and other events; - Strategic analysis and further development of both future and existing customer relationships with respect to the business (purchasing behavior, sales, potential), market, requirements, purchase decisions and the competition; - Systematically obtain information on the structures and networks of Key Accounts as well as their long-term strategies and needs; - Perform segment and market analyses and develop segment-specific sales promotion measures based on analysis of market developments; - Address trends on the relevant committees. The aim is to exploit future market potential on an ongoing basis;

Candidates with education suit the position Secondary with school-leaving examination University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) Language skills English - Upper intermediate (B2) Other knowledge Microsoft Excel - advanced Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced Driving licence B Personality requirements and skills 2-3 years of experience as Business partner ideally in international cooperation Knowledge of the market and products Good knowledge sales processes and downstream products Analytical, strategic and coceptual skills Very strong customer focus and well Developed nagotiating skills Self-driven and active problem solving Good communication skills High responsibility and ability to make decisions Self-motivated and able to cope with stres
