Do you like to communicate with Turkish and English speaking clients? And do you also have experience in AP/AR? You are probably at the right place then! As a senior cash collector for a renown international company based in Bratislava, you will cover the following tasks: - Responsibility for a selected portfolio of business clients and vendors - Daily phone or email communication in foreign languages (English and Turkish) regarding unpaid invoices and inaccuracately paid invoices - Responsibility for complex cases and coming up with satisfactory solutions for both the company and the client - Iinvestigation of possible complicated errors with unpaid invoices - Sending reminder letters and executing cash collection calls using excellent communication skills - Reporting on cases to managers

Generally required knowledge:

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following requirements: - Excellent command of Turkish and English (C1 level) both in written and oral form - Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or other Finance related department - Client-oriented, communicative and dynamic personality - Currently based in Slovakia - Active user of MS Excel
