If you would like to know more about different taxes around the world and communicate with people who are asking for refund this position is great for you! Be the client support the customers want to hear! You will be responsible for: - Active communication with customers regarding possibility of tax refund - Giving advices to the customer how to fill application form for the refund - Communication with tax verifying department about possible frauds - Administrative processing of clients´ refund in internal system
