For the position of the Remote Service Incident Manager you will be part of a global team in the context of installed base of our Siemens Healthineers products.
Task and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring and, if necessary, carrying out the prompt processing of incidents/problem/event
• Central contact person for escalation management and interaction with relevant stakeholders
• Knowledge carrier of the NG Application to act as 3rd level support
• Understand the SRS NG Application, its use-case and Architecture
• Maintain the SRS Application for Users
• Find Workarounds to maintain Service for Users
• Perform 3rd Level Incident Management to solve Incidents that cannot be solved by the Service Desk (1st / 2nd Level Support)
• Create and Track Bug-Tickets to Software Developers
• Identify and address systematic Incidents into the Problem Management Process
• React on Monitoring Events for the general Health of the Application

Salary suggestion: starting from 2000 + VAR*
