* Your responsibility will be:
* - You are responsible for the IT infrastructure, applications and users in company
* - You will perform daily system monitoring of all hardware, server resource systems and key processes. You monitor integrity and availability of back-ups. On top of that, you keep non-outsourced IT-infrastructure stable.
* - Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the user support for end users situated all over Europe. You manage daily operations and resolve IT incidents for all internal clients in a timely manner.
* - You participate in the global ICT infrastructure migration strategy, design and implementation. You are involved in different operational aspects of multiple systems, operating environments and related software. You participate in and coordinate different IT projects, such as the installation of new switches, new server & storage infrastructure, new endpoints & phones, Office 365, sharepoint, support in security, … You work in a virtualized environment where you build, implement, integrate and support windows server 2016 & 2019 with a strong project focus. When participating in projects, you develop and maintain configuration and installation procedures.
Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
- You have an eager to learn personality with strong communication skills. As you will work on a distance of your ICT-colleagues, you are a motivated self-starter. Project management skills are a definite plus.
- You can easily analyse the requirements and verify technical needs of end-users.
- It would be a strong advantage if you have experience in a production environment.
- You have experience in implementing, documenting and supporting windows servers and clients hosting various applications.
- You have a working experience with Windows 2016 & 2019, Windows Packaging and deployment technologies in a virtualized environment. In this context, you also have proven knowledge of patch management.
- You can rely on an advanced knowledge of Active Directory in design, creation and management and Group Policy Objects.
- You have knowledge in one or more of following technologies: Office 365, Azure, Vmware, Citrix, SQL, SCCM, Intune
- You have experience with multiple storage vendors (Nimble, NetApp, Synoloqy, QNAP) and connectivity (iSCSI, NFS)
- Interest or experience in business applications (SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Maintenance management, …) would be an advantage.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as information systems, computer science or engineering and have a first solid experience and proven track-record in Windows (minimum 3 years).
- You are willing to travel quarterly to our head office in Ostend, Belgium, in the context of training, projects and business continuity.
