You will communicate globally with colleagues from different departments regarding satisfaction of processes and partnerships with suppliers. How does it work? Imagine this company has hundreds of clients across Europe and from time to time they want to know how their partnership works, whether they are satisfied with processes, if there is a place for improvement, where, etc. You will be exactly the person who will be responsible for finding out all the information from responsible colleagues. So it is your choice if you call them, email them or use an internal communication tool. When you have all the information, you will send finalised answers to the client. Generally required knowledge:

Requirements for a suitable candidate: - Advanced level of English and French (B2) as you will communicate with colleagues from different countries - Previous administrative experience is an advantage - Strong orientation to customer, detail and strong communication skills
