Generally required knowledge:
Requirements for a suitable candidate: - Advanced German- fluent communication, advanced vocabulary and business communication - Minimum 1 year experience on a customer facing position- customer service, client support, cash collection - Strong communication skills, attention to detail - Independent, timeliness and accuracy - Bachelor degree
