Job information

* Do you have strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills? Are you asertive enough to collect credits and claims? Can you communicate in English and French without any problem? Then we are looking exactly for YOU!!
* As a Credit & Collection Analyst you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and related claims. You will communicate with Customer service department and French customers concerning resolution of outstanding accounts and payment arrangements. You will also take responsibility for the full accounts recievable ledger for customers including monthly closing activities and accruals posting and many more.

Generally required knowledge:

* Education in Economics;
* fluent knowledge of English and French language;
* any other language is welcomed;
* advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
* at least 2 years of related experience;
* knowledge of SAP is advatage

Employee requirements

  Minimum required education:

  vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
• 
  Language skills:

  Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
  Francúzsky jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
