Job information
* responsibility for IS and ITSCM for the part the international managed services business
* analyze, develop and implement business continuity and emergency management program
* manage, participate in, evaluate and establish goals and objectives for emergency and business continuity exercises to ensure appropriate preparedness levels; support the development of and facilitate internal drills and table-top exercises
* train response team members and educate staff on resilience practices
* support risk assessment activities
* managing the IS and ITSCM requirements and their implementation in projects
* controlling and reporting the compliance
* managing the findings from audits / penetration tests
* support in creating and improving IS and ITSCM processes
* support of the GIO ISO (Global IT Operation Information Security Officer) in general questions regarding IS / ITSCM
* support at presales activities
* support in daily security operational tasks
* represent the company in external audits and certifications

Generally required knowledge:
* experience in Information Security Management
* experience in ITSCM - advantage
* basic ITIL knowledge
* advanced knowledge of service/process design - advantage
* basic project management skills
* business fluent English (German as advantage)
* self - motivated and communicative personality
