Job information

- Global Processes & Standards Manager is responsible for consistent and standard global operating model for Service Management
- Create/Mentor ITSM Repository of best practices and processes
- Responsible for effective Integration across processes
- Collaborate and influence Design and Build activities to ensure new business utilizes global Service Management standards
- Coordinates Service Improvement Activities across the Service Management organization
- Responsible for assuring of Compliance of Service Management processes with all relevant standards and regulations (ISO/IEC, …)
- Responsible for ensuring Service Management best practice and process is communicated and understood by GSM (Global Service Management organization)
- Executes the Global Service Management process tasks in line with global and local requirements
- Responsible as a virtual leader of a virtual team of process owners
- Reports to Global Service Management Director and fulfills his/her tasks in time and quality
- Have strong awareness of business environment and metrics and controls required to operate in such an environment
- Ability to drive to link data analyses to the process and business operating model and identify efficiency and effectiveness opportunities
- Present findings and recommendations that require to senior leadership
- Ensure designated improvements are met and process controls are defined, implemented and monitored to sustain results
- Collaborate with IT/Digital on the technology roadmap
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Process COE)
- Proactively share and provide guidance on best practices where applicable
- Proactively supports automation and other activities to maximize customer value

Generally required knowledge:

- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Self-driven to achieve goals independently as well as work in an international team
- 5+ years' experience working in ITSM Management
- 2+ years’ experience in team leadership
- Ability to speak & write English C1
- Certified ITIL v3 Expert, or close to be certified on Expert level (ITIL 4 Foundation is a plus)
