We are looking for person who: - Is able to act as Production Manager during new plant launches - Understands and drives Production planning - Is highly familiar with Quality Systems - Has very good knowledge of overall Cut & Sew processes - Cooperates with HR department on Hiring and Training planning and execution before and during launches - Is fully independent and self-driven with strong organization skills and discipline - Willingness to learn and to travel (up to 50% of the working time)

Requirements: - Fluent English, French language is an advantage (but not necessary) - Strong ability to lead and navigate people at different levels in production - Cross-cultural awareness (person will work in different countries with various cultures) - Position is most suitable for current Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Launch Managers - Position is also suitable as a next career step for Engineers, or Senior Engineers (we will work with you on setting up your development and career plan)
