Prepare and issue communications to all IBM Slovakia employees, recommending structure and delivery format of the communications for highest impact.· Develop and manage an internal communication platform (tool and / or management system) through which communication of well-being, volunteering, diversity and education events, mandatory actions, key strategic messages etc is centralized for the entire population.
· Selection of the most appropriate and latest communication tools and methods.
· Prepare and present analytics on communication effectiveness and iterate the communication strategy.
· Partner with HR Recruitment on our external recruitment branding activities.
· Partner for NGO's, Universities, Employers’ Associations and Government to strengthen IBM's brand.
· Prove trust to work with sensitive and / or confidential data on a regular basis.
Required Skills:
· At least 3 years’ experience in a related communications / employee engagement field.
· High level of emotional intelligence as applied to communications and engagement.
· Knowledge of strategic communication tools and methods.
· Demonstrated ability to prepare and present data to senior leadership.
· Excellent written and spoken English
