Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-End IT Service Management responsibility for IT-Services in the areas of Human Resources (HR) or Real Estate (RE)
• Business - IT strategy alignment and IT Consulting in area of responsibility
• Translation of business demand into IT requirements
• Design and implement IT-Architecture including management of related IT-System integrations
• Foster Business Stakeholder and business Partner collaboration
• Ensure IT Compliance for IT Service e.g. Quality Documentation, Information Security or Data Privacy
• Management of IT Change Requests - Consult and support the internal business owner and stakeholders within the different change process steps
• Continuous user support including communication and qualification
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s IT degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong analytical, technical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
• 2+ year’s of experience with SaaS and/or on-premise Software Management (e.g. in the areas of HR or Real Estate)
• Experienced knowledge of IT Service Management processes
• Advanced knowledge of service management systems for incident / change management (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Familiar with working in a regulated environment following defined processes, procedures to ensure quality
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English required, German preferred
• Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirements as they relate to a larger picture
• Strong teamwork skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with challenging workloads
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Healthcare industry business processes
