We are looking for a 24/7 Support Engineer who will help us to set up new digitalization engineering center in Bratislava for our European customers. Our cloud-based management platform Navigator helps maximize building performance.

Our goal is to deliver and support highly responsive, scalable and secure solutions using state-of-the-art technologies. Main area is within Siemens Energy Management, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Condition) or Fire Safety and Security solutions for large smart buildings.

Task and competences:
Delivers services using remote connection to systems or by telephone
Provides operational assistance to customers using Siemens BT products
Diagnoses, clarifies and solves customers problems
Clarifies events, provides information required to order spare parts for an on-site visit of a Field Service Engineer
Guides Field Service Engineers to solve problems
Supports sales by identifying potential additional business
Provides Best Practice for the use of applications
Good knowledge of global customer accounts and their specific needs
Team of Support Engineers will cover 24/7 support service schedule. Until needed number of Support Engineers is onboard, team member will work the normal schedule – daytime, Monday-Friday.

Mandatory skills:
Technical university education
Strong analytical capability to solve technical problems self reliantly
Active listening, understanding, clarifying and interpreting while interacting with others, using appropriate communication methods
Remote Incident Management approach and process
Remote guiding and supporting with specific tools & process
Technical overview in IT systems
Spoken and written English - Upper intermediate B2

Nice to have skills:
Basic building technology domain knowledge (e.g. HVAC, FSS)

Specification of compensation package

From 1 400 € brutto /month + variable bonus
