Náplň (druh) práce
Within Orange Global Solutions for Business, the Enterprise Services BU is in charge of product marketing, designing and developing, promoting and supporting the transversal services for Orange Business Services customers. The Solutions Development & Engineering department manages the development of innovative solutions and products. In order to support these innovative solutions, the Solution Design & Support team provides presales technology design and costing in addition to accompanying the development and implementation phase through solution development management, detailed design, testing and validation.

Service management solutions are built on best-in-class people, processes and tools. They provides a full range of infrastructure monitoring, control and support capabilities – all interlocked as per ITIL best practices to enable rapid deployment of an ITIL-based service management operation.

These offers and the Service Management ecosystem are evolving towards a new architecture and delivery model mainly to support the new offer: MSI (Multi Suppliers Integrations).

Main Mission

As the manager of the Solutions Design & Support team, you are accountable for the technical presales to postsales design and support for innovative solutions including development and deployment, mainly from the end to end tooling and architecture requirements in addition to associated costing elements.

The team will be responsible from presales to design, planning and implementing of the technical ITSM solution.

Responsible to transfer customers’ requirements into orderable solutions based on Orange Business products and services. He/she is also accountable for the business analyst translating business requirements into technical requirements. For installed products and solutions, he/she owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation, including performing high level design, collaborating with the development team on low level design, technical validation of implementations, integrations, user acceptance tests, and associated processes and customer interactions. He/she is supported by Solution Development managers in charge of the project planning and deployment for the innovative tooling and architecture.

In addition, he/she will act as the practice lead for architecture and presales for such solutions across the different teams within the BU.

He/She will be in charge of enterprise integration architecture for complex solutions, and will lead innovations for the ES BU tooling in term of Service Management.

Functional:

Manage, and lead the presales cycle for tooling and integration requirements for customers of MSI and CIC2.0 projects

Build, and design ITSM proposals to the customers based on analyzing and understanding customer needs as well as understating of current version offerings and limitations

Act as the main support to ITSM consultants and Service Management Architect in Europe and French domains

Build a handover plan to the project managers team, and support during delivery and initial tooling operations of the pilot customers, to support in creating a healthy customer journey

Act directly, or via a team member, as the main technical architect support the design and implementation of the sold solution

Ensure full delivery of the technical solution through the solution development manager of his/her team working closely with customers, Operations and development teams.

Act as practice lead for pre-sales process for Enterprise Services tooling, fitting with the current presales processes for other products

Act as practice lead for innovative tooling architecture for Enterprise Services and ensure product ownership for those tools

Participating in new process creation committees to guarantee proper handover and interlock required between presales, delivery and operations

B.Sc. Communication or Computer Engineering Degree or Business

MBA/Master in related business is a plus

References of people management capabilities and experience, and in building new teams for presales and architecture roles

Project management certification is a plus (PMP, SCRUM)

ITIL certification, ServiceNow, Cisco Prime, Solarwinds, Splunk, Internal tools, IA Ops
