Náplň (druh) práce
 Support and Maintain GE Proficy based MES and Facility monitoring solution
 Continuous Improvement of MES and Facility Monitoring Solution
 Application Maintenance, Support & Enhancements, Application Monitoring
 Follow and support ITIL Processes (Incident , Change , Problem and Known Error Management)
 Day to day incident monitoring and resolution (Remedy preferred)
 Interaction with client (IT & Business users) on functional issues
 Interaction with Team members for knowledge sharing, knowledge transition and issue resolution
 Stakeholder management, share regular updates and assist in preparing operational reports
 Triaging of issues and timely resolution with cross functional teams for timely resolution
 Follow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc.)
 Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all times
 Adhere to shift rotation plan and Operating model
 Interaction with SME’s on functional issues
 Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area
 Tracks and report progress to stakeholders

This role will be responsibilities for L2 Support activities as mentioned below:
Technical Skills (Must Have)
 GE Proficy Product Suite (CIMPLICITY, Tracker, PFMD, Historian, Open Enterprise )
 Debugging / Troubleshooting , Bug fixing in CIMPLICITY, Tracker, PFMD , SQL Server
 Configurations of GE Proficy Product Suite (CIMPLICITY, Tracker, PFMD and Historian)
 MES Domain Knowledge
 Understanding of PLC, OPC Servers (Kepware and RSLinx), SCADA Systems
 Basic RDBMS Skills (Mainly SQL Server-Writing SQL queries, stored procedures etc.)

Technical Skills (Desirable)
 Microsoft .NET – VB.Net,C#.Net
 OPC
 SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (Good to have)

Good to have:
 Knowledge on Workflow and Plant App
 PLC Programming
 Hands on VB, SQL, Store procedure

 Experience of working and supporting manufacturing systems developed using GE Proficy Suite products or similar products/applications
 Experience in MES solution design and deployment
 Development experience on SCADA system
 Prior experience in Manufacturing (preferably in Automotive industry) or similar industry
 Experience working in a dynamic & highly demanding environment
 Experience in handling cross functional, cross tower teams
 Experience in working & delivering manufacturing systems preferably on Legacy, Integration, Plant Floor systems

 On call support during out-off office hours and weekends required on need basis to attend major or critical incidents.
 Willing to work in shifts
 Working experience in “Remedy” tool preferred
 Conduct Training for a small group of end users and super users
 Excellent communication skills
