Job information
Your Mission:
You handle flight reservations by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
You are in charge of telephone consultation, reservation and sale of flights and services, as well as handling all incoming customer enquiries
You provide support to end-consumers and trade enquiries by travel agencies, tour-operators and corporates
You handle automated ticketing
You create daily sales reports
You distribute price quotations and information
You handle Group-bookings and allotments
You manage and expand the client data base
Your Qualification:
You have an excellent knowledge of Airline—GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Gabriel)
You have customer service experience preferably in a call center/tourism sector
You are proficient in computer usage and well versed with MS Office tools
You have the ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international environment whilst directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
You have strong organizational skills
You are fluent in English and German, further languages are an advantage
