Job information

- manage recruiting life cycle for full time positions
- work closely with coach business leaders to determine talent acquisition
- identify, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates
- build talent pipeline and relationships with qualified candidates
- work closely with HR Generalist to establish/maintain internal talent pool
- to have open-eyes on external market and build up talent mapping
- manage recruiting system with accurate data

Generally required knowledge:

- English language on communicative level is must
- human resources experience
- recruiting from a manufacturing company is an advantage
- excelent communication and collaboration skills

  • Minimum required education:
    vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
