- acts as a first point of contact for customer accounts on daily operational matters
- receives orders
- closely cooperate with other teams (controllership, finance, project management, business)
- acts as an interface to partners
- Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g. quoting, contract management, order status, post-sales programs)
- maintains contracts/project files in accordance with business control policies
- validates invoicing before sending to customer
- support financial reporting and forecasting process

Minimum required education:
vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
Generally required knowledge:
- fluent in English
- university degree (Accounting /Finance/ Economics)
- at least 1 year of experiences on similar position
