Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is pro client oriented? If you are interested in how it works in an international banking environment and you are eager to provide a comprehensive support to big corporate clients, than this position is everything you are looking for.

- You will become an expert who will provide technical and functional support to large clients (international companies, insurance institutions, etc.) regarding online banking systems
- You will have a comprehensive overview of their banking activities
- You will learn to operate in internal banking systems where you will have access to information such as banking transactions, payments, various banking products and services, trades, financial market operations and so on.
- You will create and maintain high-class strong relationship with our business partners and clients from all around the world

Requirements on employee

Required education: Secondary with Leaving Examination
Language skills: English (Advanced - C1)
Suitable for graduates: Yes

General required skills:

Requirements for a suitable candidate:
- Active knowledge of English and Romanian language- you will communicate with clients via telephone or email
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Completed secondary school or university studies (preferably in the field of economics)
- You have motivation for working in customer support
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility
- Basic user knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for occasional use
