Your main responsibilities:
- Coordination of weekly reporting process (newly signed IBM contracts) on country level, interlock with all involved parties in order to finalize data
- Reporting and administering data discrepancies, coordinating activities with customer supporting teams and Operations teams to fix system issues including manual corrections
- Preparation for future revenue certifications, revalidation plus taking corrective actions, support to country CFO and Contract Controllers
- Ensure regular compliance with KPIs and Business Controls requirements
- Advisory to country Controllers Reporting in line with internal guidelines and other Europe and Worldwide guidance and related activities including manual modifications of IBM tools and systems
Skills to be successful:
- Adequate level of communication towards clients – ability to guide and explain processes in clear way
- Proper preparation and planning in advance of peak period
- Ability to apply IBM guidelines in practice and ensure they are followed
- Keep yourself updated with latest guidelines changes and communicate them properly to your Clients
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management/Economics
- Fluent English required
- Team spirit, able to work in a high performing international team, lots of energy and motivation
- Contract Controlling background is advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Attention to details
