Roles & responsibilities:
- Review/analyze/act on pending CapEx requests and provide advisory to the CFO.
- Prepare reports for management and business units pointing out performance gaps vs budget/forecast on a quarterly basis
- Provide input to CFO for review of all CapEx requests.
- Provide education on CapEx.
- Governance of CapEx documents (e.g. updating, storing...).
- Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decision, demonstrating ownership and business knowledge
- A senior member of the finance team will be expected to show a high degree of proactivity, innovation and collaboration

Skills needed:
- Strong experience in Finance area (controlling/reporting/business intelligence) - experience in a large international company preferred
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management/Economics
- Fluent English required
- Communication with Business (Project Managers and DPE's) and CFOs
- Understanding Business requirements and financial impacts in order to prioritize CapEx requirements
- Ability to track progress on multiple requests and active follow up with respective stakeholders via all available channels
- Presentation skills in order to provide clear expectations and requirements to Stakeholders
- Negotiation skills are helpful

Salary starting from EUR 1.700 / month, depending on relevant experience, skills and language proficiency
