Job information

- Personnel administration - responsible for the comprehensive administration of the employee files and administration related to the entry and exit of employees
- Updating of organizational structure, ensure compliance with labor legislation

- Talent acquisition – Work with universities
- HR Reporting – Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Active participation and self-realization in other HR projects

Generally required knowledge:

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, at least 3 years
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Advanced level of English required for daily written and verbal communication
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

Employee requirements

  • Minimum required education:
    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
