Your Role and Responsibilities
Infrastructure Consolidation:
- Consolidation and validation of Bridges from Client Units (Closing)
- Ensure proper mapping of Deals to respective Client Units for Closing (Closing)
- Preparing Daily Ledger Report Summary with overview of Revenue To-Go Items, potential callins (Closing)
- Preparation of Unassigned Assessment and interlock with IBM Global Financing (Closing)
- Purchase Order Tracker Maintenance and follow up with Client Units (weekly)
- Validation of Cloud Signings for Market CFO

Cloud role:
- Being focal point and Advisor for Europe Cloud Team/CFO (Closing)
- Preparing Daily Ledger Report Summary with overview of Revenue To-Go Items (Closing)
- Preparing Assessments/Forecasts/Bridges/Load updates (weekly)
- Controlling of Offerings / Follow up on non-mapped items
- Follow up with Accounts on Profitability (Investigating Gap Actuals vs. Forecast => where Revenue/Cost are mapped vs. where they should be mapped)
- Ad-Hoc requirements

Key skills:
- Communication skills and ability to consolidate, sense-check and question if needed detailed inputs from various Counterparts
- Business Acumen to understand and interpret Clients Units and Cloud Dynamics
- Ability to provide Executive Summary and story beyond Actuals and Forecasts
- Technical skills in order to adjust mapping and work effectively with Excel Macros

Skills needed:
- Strong experience in Finance area (controlling/reporting/business intelligence) - experience in a large international company preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management/Economics
- Fluent English required
- Communication with Business e.g. CFOs
- Ability to track progress on multiple requests and active follow up with respective stakeholders via all available channels
- Presentation skills in order to provide clear expectations and requirements to Stakeholders
- Negotiation skills are helpful


Specification of salary conditions

Salary starting from EUR 2.100 / month, depending on relevant experience, skills and language proficiency
