What do you need for your success?

Required

• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them.
• Ability to understand, document and analyze business processes and create process flow diagrams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborate and support different service offerings of RPA and work very closely with the global teams to support and deliver
• 2+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Advanced understanding of Document Object Model, familiarity with HTML tags, JavaScript and PHP awareness and ability to write JavaScript code when necessary. Ability to search using relative elements is indispensable. Fluency in using regular expressions (regex)

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with distributed teams across several time zones
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior project management board
• Familiarity with UML diagrams, understanding of BPMN notations
• Basic knowledge of debugging methods, understanding testing concepts like equivalence classes and boundary testing
• Advanced background in RESTful Web Services and SOAP Web Services (both consuming and producing sides) and hands on experience working with XML, XSL, XSD, WSDL, WADL, JAXB, JAX-WS
• Experience using Web Services testing tools like SoapUI / JMeter
• Understanding of ECM (Enterprise content management) and BPM (Business Process Management) Technology
• Familiar with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming
