Your main responsibilities:
- Plan and control of Revenue/Cost/Expense or Contracts
- Support business leadership team with analyses of Revenue/Cost/Expense and profit outlook
- Prepare reports for management and business units pointing out performance gaps vs budget/forecast
- Build up roadmaps to achieve the target
- Support accounting closing by providing regular update on pending entries
- Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decision, demonstrating ownership and business knowledge
- A senior member of the finance team will be expected to show a high degree of proactivity, innovation and collaboration

Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 3 + years of experience in Finance area (controlling/reporting/business intelligence) - experience in a large international company preferred
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management/Economics
- Fluent English required, another European language (e.g. German, French…) knowledge is beneficial
- Strong logical and analytical skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving approach
- Excellent Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting/ finance principles
- Time management, strong sense for prioritization and orientation in “same time & place” tasks demand, the ability to work with tight deadlines, strong sense of responsibility and organization of work
- Understanding of SQL, writing queries and stored procedures is beneficial
- Team spirit, able to work in a high performing international team, lots of energy and motivation

Preference will be given to the candidates who hold the relevant rights to work within the EU.

Salary starting from EUR 1.400 gross / month, depending on relevant
