Technical Support for Czech Republic (m/f/x) - BMW

Job profile:
At the location in Salzburg, BMW Group CSE manages the 12 growth markets in the sales region Central - and Southeastern Europe.

Tasks:

- Provide consulting and technical support for BMW Group dealers, especially in the market Czech Republic.
- System-based support in the back office as well as field service to deal with customer complaints.
- Processing and responding to product quality requests within the agreed timeframe.
- Analyze in dialogue with process partners and central departments all boundary conditions that have led to the occurrence of errors.
- Use expert tools for troubleshooting of complex error patterns and develop advice for the elimination of errors.

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

- University degree with technical background e.g. mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
- Professional experience at Aftersales or Technic at BMW Group or BMW Dealer is welcome.
- Fluent in Czech and English, German language skills would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant Aftersales service processes and service / support systems.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent analytical skills and an autonomous, team-oriented working style.
- Willingness to travel and driver‘s licence.
