What your daily tasks will look like?
The mainly tasks:
- You will direct management of 20+ people (including hiring, motivation, performance evaluation, salary increase, development & training, regular 1:1 interlocks)
- From the business perspective the manager is responsible for: handling of escalations, responsible for fulfillment of squad goals/commitments (SW development and SW maintenance squads), communication with executives, focus on innovation, managing the backlog, ensuring optimum team performance, implementation of agile methodology, team KPIs
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.

You will be leading agile teams who are responsible for crafting, developing, maintaining and automating global internal IBM applications. You will use your experience in order to bridge the gap between IT operations and application development. Besides this technical aspect of this role, we expect this person to act as a leader working with our technical teams across the domain and leading and coaching your teams & inviduals on daily basis.

What else do we need?
- practical experience in developing the design and implementation phases for new and/or existing products, with a focus on providing technical expertise for successful execution.
- Ability to translate business processes into IT solutions
- Ability to drive the project and change effectively
- Experience in IT sector/company/area is a MUST!
